blank like a4 paper!!!

its May .. & i was being so busy wit lot of stuffs... i lost my granpa,then 3 days ago, i went to Perak to send my brother boy to UiTM... then heading to Kedah..  arghh..kind of tired doing ol... 2 days ago, when i checked my mailbox, i got
        "Dear We are pleased to inform that you have been shortlisted for YSD second-level of assessment; the "Impromptu Presentation & Online Assessment"."
 it was an invitation to  an assessment from Sime Darby.. 4 my scholarship... actually i'am so scared...
 i didnt  prepare anything yet... i'm blank.,... really need someone now..='(
